Their involvement will allow you to avoid the headache-inducing day to day discussions or inevitable conflict resolution with the myriad of suppliers involved in the project. He will ensure the project remains on track by holding each individual party responsible for delivering on their commitments
Your PMC will keep you abreast of all the crucial information with consistent and transparent communication and ensure you are not bothered with details that distract you from your other important work and priorities

Define, Scope & Procurement Route
Before we can begin mapping out your journey, we need to be totally clear on the destination. Our PMCs will discuss your goals in detail to understand what the scope of the project entails and what the best procurement route is.

Budget Planning
Upon review of scope, Bauhaus will work with you to agree on the project budget. Your PMC will then diligently protect and comply with the budget you have set and negotiate on your behalf to garner savings you would have not gained otherwise.
03.
Baseline Program Creation
Upon agreement on the procurement route, Bauhaus will create a project programme that lays out clear milestone dates in order to achieve your target handover date. This programme with be shared with all vendors who will be required to commit to the agreed timelines, to which Bauhaus will hold them accountable.

Appointment & Management
Bauhaus will recommend consultants for the project based on your goals, the budget, local market knowledge, and our experience, to ensure the correct teams are selected for the project and they adhere to the project programme.
05.
Design Management
Design Management is a strategic approach that focuses on aligning design efforts with the Clients goals and objectives within a project. It involves coordinating, planning, and overseeing design activities to ensure that the design process contributes effectively to the overall success of a project.

Tender
If a tender is required as part of your chosen procurement route, your PMC will manage the entirety of a formal and structured tender process that ensures transparency, competition, and fairness in selecting the best-suited vendors.
Execution
and
Handover.
Authority Approvals
Bauhaus will assist with receiving all authority approvals prior to construction from all relevant authorities. This is one of the biggest headaches that your PMC will manage for you.

Construction Management
Bauhaus will oversee the construction until handover, every step of the way. All vendors will be managed through your PMC, and he will become your sole point of contact, thereby saving you precious time.
08.
Final Handover
Bauhaus will ensure all necessary documentation is in place at handover and will complete the snagging of the project to ensure all of your requirements are met. At this stage, you will be handed the keys to your beautiful new home, hassle and stress free.
